Myntra Fashion Brands team was structured in Myntra in the year 2012 with an objective of creating successful in-house brands across all categories. The team aims to be a part of every wardrobe across the country. Within two years the department has a portfolio of 10 distinct and successful brands. 

 

While brands like Roadster, Mast & Harbour, HRX, Dressberry and Anouk have become the largest selling brands on the Myntra App in their respective segments, new brands like Yellow Kite, Invictus, Harvard, Invictus and Wrogn are working towards creating differentiated brand presence. Over the next couple of months Myntra aims to foray into new category segments and other apparel, footwear and accessories segments to be able to achieve our vision statement of becoming a household name synonymous with building & creating top brands.

Opportunities within Marketing at Myntra:

 

Responsible for driving allocated category’s marketing including content creation, promotions and marketing campaigns.

 

  • Drive innovation and bring in new communication ideas on the basis of market research, consumer insights, and business imperatives. 
  • Chalk out a marketing calendar for the category in conjunction with category teams and work towards execution and implement them 
  • Liaison with category teams create cutting edge marketing communication across digital, TV/ OOH media
  • Own and drive the overall content and influencer marketing pipeline for category 
  • Work with external and internal teams for creation and implementation of content 
  • Successfully implement marketing campaigns across online and offline media to ensure brand saliency of the category 

 

Opportunities within Branding at Myntra:

 

Work with the organization leaders and employees to create elements that define company’s unique proposition to employees.

 

  • Create Myntra’s Employer Value proposition (EVP) such that it reflects the current USP and also includes aspirational elements 
  • Plan and launch EVP to existing and prospective employees 
  • Identify initiatives that Myntra needs to take to align with the EVP and truly live the EVP

Requirements

Requirement for Marketing Internship:

 

  • Undergraduate degree in Marketing or relevant subjects
  • Has exposure to creative development process, including content and campaign creation and execution 
  • Exposure to media planning, Digital planning etc. would be a good value add  
  • Having strong creative bent of mind, with ability to generate ideas to drive brand visibility  
  • Has an analytical bent of mind and is able to understand data 
  • Cross functional team management skills to liaison with both external agencies and internal stakeholders
  • Experience of working in unstructured environment, entrepreneurial in nature 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Self-motivated, aggressive, open to learning with an extremely positive attitude 

Requirement for Branding Internship:

  • Has exposure in understanding the organizational people pulse, core values and cultural essence.  
  • Having strong creative bent of mind, with ability to generate ideas to drive brand visibility at micro and macro level.  
  • Has a research bent of mind and is able to understand the the organizational perception inside-out/outside-in. 
  • Good Stakeholder Management skills 
  • Entrepreneurial in nature, ability to get the work done and creating the larger impact.  
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Self-motivated, aggressive, open to learning with an extremely positive attitude
