IT Internship at Myntra: 


  • During the internship, you are tagged to Engineering teams across the company, you work side-by-side with engineers on important, challenging & exciting projects that are core to Myntra
  • You will be working on specific projects critical to Myntra’s business needs based on your technical experience. These opportunities exist across multiple groups within Myntra.
  • Be versatile, display leadership qualities and be enthusiastic to handle new problems across the full-stack as we continue to push technology forward in all areas.
  • Train throughout the tenure by attending sessions taught by our leaders, working with technical mentors, and partnering with peers in their cohort on challenging group engineering projects.



  • Work in cross-functional team, collaborating with peers during entire SDLC.
  • Follow coding standards, unit-testing, code reviews etc.
  • Brainstorm, brainstorm and brainstorm to get the best solution out! 


Data Science Internship:


As a data sciences intern, you will have the opportunity to leverage Myntra’s rich data to develop data products that are used by millions of users and propel the growth of our business. You will collaborate with a strong team of engineers, product managers and fellow data scientists in defining the frontier of data products. Data scientists will work on how to evaluate potential approaches, build features, statistical/machine learning models and determine metrics. You will communicate insights/recommendations to a wide spectrum of stakeholders across the company

  • Decoding Fashion Contexts using Word Embedding.
  • Building novel algorithms for fashion Personalization & Recommendations.
  • Building dynamic pricing models and novel metrics to evaluate to improve experience.
  • Building prediction models to improve delivery promise times
  • Building optimization models to improve supply chain costs
  • Training machines to design fashion!



Requirement for the IT intern: 


  • Strong problem solving skills, data structures and algorithms.
  • Sharp coding skills (Language agnostic - preferably Java/Python)
  • Experience with distributed systems handling large amount of data.
  • Good understanding of Web Technologies, any RDBMS and/or messaging (Pref)
  • Masters in Engineering/Computer Science 

Requirement for Data Science Intern:

  • Undergraduate in Engineering/Computer Science 
  • Strong problem solving skills, data structures and algorithms.
  • Postgraduate degree in the quantitative/computer science field preferred.
  • Understanding of modern machine learning techniques and their mathematical underpinnings such as classification, recommendation systems, and natural language processing.
  • Ability to tailor machine learning solutions to business problems in a cross-functional team.
  • Experience/understanding with/of distributed machine learning and computing framework (Spark, Hadoop, Mahout or equivalent).
  • Strong programming skill (Python, R, or Scala preferred).
  • High academic/industrial proficiency in at least one of the following broad areas:
    •  Machine learning
    • Statistical modeling/inference
    • Information retrieval,
    • Data mining
    • NLP
    • Computer vision
